Mongolian Venison
This is a one skillet 30 min quick dinner!
Ingredients
1-2 lbs Venison steak
1/4 Cup corn starch
3 tbs olive oil
1 tbs minced garlic
1 tbs powdered ginger
1/4 tsp chili flake (if you want a little heat)
3/4 Cup soy sauce
3/4 Cup Water
3/4 Cup brown sugar (packed)
1 Cup Grated Carrot
1/2 cup chopped green onion
2 Cups of Rice (prepare as directed)
Directions
Cut Venison Steak into thin strips and coat with corn starch, add to skillet with olive oil, carrots, and onions, cook till meat is done, and add the rest of the ingredients, cover and simmer for 20 mins. Put rice in bowl and cover with the venison mixture and enjoy.
